Training Strategy

HRDD Training Strategy :

  • Opportunity for all employees to participate in at least one relevant In-house training programme once in 3 years, in addition to technical workshops & need based training programmes organized by the respective Area Academic Committees & HRDD, PPEG, for all round development of personnel.
  • Orientation programmes for all ISAC employees to create sense of belonging in organization & awareness about the significance of their work & role in organization.
  • Continuous Managerial Skills Development programme for Scientist/Engineers.
  • Need based Career progression programmes.
  • Competency Enhancement Programmes for technical support staff and administrative personnel.
  • Need based Computer Training programmes for all.
  • Lifestyle enhancement programme and preretirement workshops for the well being of all employees.
