All activities of an organization depend mainly on People-on their skills, experience, motivation and morale. The way to stimulate staff to perform well is to offer a programme of continuing professional development, stimulating & challenging them to achieve more in their work, backing that up with training & personal development.

In order to achieve the above, ISAC has adapted a well accepted concept of continuous planned effort by which employees are helped;

  • To acquire and sharpen the capabilities required to perform various functions associated with the present or expected future roles
  • To develop the general capabilities as individuals and discover and exploit their own potential for their own and / or organizational development
  • To develop an organizational culture in which supervisor - subordinate relationship, team work and collaboration among sub-units are strong and contribute to the professional well being, motivation and pride of employees

Vision/Mission :

"Enabling human resource through training & development to make ISAC a vibrant & learning Organisation"

Training focuses on specific job knowledge and skill that is to be applied in the short run. Development focuses on broad knowledge and insights that may be required for adaptation to environmental demands in the future.
