ISRO Satellite Centre (ISAC) is one of the
major research and development centres of Indian Space Research Organisation(ISRO)
responsible for development of satellite technology. Over years, ISAC
has planned and executed several satellite missions of ISRO. Having successfully
developed and deployed state-of-art operational satellites for Communication,
Meteorology and Remote Sensing, the centre is poised to leapfrog into the
next century with advanced versions of satellites like Microwave Remote Sensing
satellites, Direct Broadcasting Satellites, Interplanetary probes, Scientific
Missions etc. Indigenous development of various advanced and critical
technologies in the Satellite development activities are very essential to
be in the lead in the field. The Space programme in our Country
is focussed on to provide highly reliable operational services
for socio-economic development of the country.
ISAC invites Engineers and Scientists to join
in its ongoing R&D Projects/Programmes to take up the challenging tasks
in the cutting edge technology. Opportunities exists for fresh
Post Graduates in Enginering/ Technology in various engineering fields.
Engineers who desire to get associated with activities of ISAC are
welcome to apply.
Scientist/Engineers are considered for promotion
to higher grade after fixed residency period in each grade. Those found fit
are promoted to next higher grade without reference to vacancies.
Candidatures are received ONLINE ONLY and
after successful submission of application candidates will be provided with
a registration number. An applicant may see the status of his/her application
by following the same link(s) which he/she followed for filling up his/her
application by using registration number allotted.
The status of an application will change:
1. after the closure of an advertisement
2. and again after the completion of initial screening based on the bio-data
